Production base covers 53, 000sqm standard workshop, is equipped with several advanced automatic assembly lines that supported by more than 1200 skilled workers including 12% engineers and technician. Factory offers low cost high performance LED displays, LED modules, LED screens amount to 250, 000sqm per month.
1. Fully Automatic Production Lines
Channel Cailiang owns the entire LED display manufacturing line, encapsulate original Semiconductor to LED chip, then assemble to LED display lighting products.
2. Advanced Production Equipment
SMD/DIP die bolder, SMD/DIP wire Bolder, Auto Machine of Pouring Glue for SMD/DIP LED, Spectrum and Color Separation Machine, LED oven, Wave solder, Reflow soldering, Spectrum electronic and color tester, temperature and humidity programmable tester, luminance meter etc. Are equipped for our LED Product production.
