4) We make own mold for aluminum lamp housing, so the lamp housing can match exactly with aluminum PCB and internal driver. Thickness of the alumninum lamp housing reach 0.5mm, and with deep V shape cavity which can have good heat dissipation and even lighting effect and color.
5) We design and make our own drivers without purchasing from other factory, so our tubes can have good sability.
6) We use Aishi capacitor (105 C 10*20) 6000hours. The actual working temperature of our capacitor is only 65C. As we may know that the temperature of capacitor reduce every 10C, the life of the capacitor is double. That means 6000 hours * 2 to the power of 4=96000hours for one capacitor on our tube. This data will ensure the long life of our tube.
