Our Quality Control policy

We believe quality is one of the most important points in the business, we always inspect pre-production samples to make sure it fits to the requires of the order; If possibility, we arrange samples to third-party labs testing the articles making sure it accords with the destination markets' requirement; Before each delivery, we inspect the goods and confirm it is in good condition for the shipment.

Our Payment Terms

T/T: 30% deposit, balance against B/L copy; L/C at sight

Our delivery time

Normally, 35-40 days after order details confirmed, a special lead time will be offered if in peak season.

Our MOQ

We are open in the quantity, though our normally minimum order quantity is 1000-3000 units, if smaller, please do not hesitate to contact us for confirmation.

Our sample policy

We offer free samples for our common existing ones within a certain amount, but customers needs to bear the courier cost.

To long-term business partners, we afford the cost of samples & courier against the orders.

Our warranty policy

For lighting articles, we can accept 6 month warranty against the goods received. If special warranty needed, please do not hesitate to contact us.
