Six Main Elements for Installation of Outdoor LED Display 1) Install lightning protection devices on display and building Main display part and exterior cover must be grounded well, with grounding resistance of less than 3 ohms, thus discharging large current caused by lightning in time.
2) Water proof measures for LED display LED display and combination between display and building must be strictly water-proofed. LED display must adopt good drainage measures in the event of smooth water emissions. Pay attention to water and moisture proof. LED display is installed outside, facing poor working conditions, such as sun and rain, wind and dust. Getting wet and damp of Electronic equipment can cause serious short circuit, causing malfunction or a fire and resulting in losses.
3) Selection on chip Selection of industrial grade integrated chip with operating temperature between -40 ºC ~ 80 ºCcan prevent over low temperature in winter.
4) Installation of ventilation equipment This can keep internal temperature between -10 ºC ~ 40 ºC for LED display. Install axial flow ventilator on the back top of LED display. A certain amount of heat will be caused with normal running of LED display. If ambient temperature is too high and heat dissipation is not smooth, integrated circuit may not work properly, or even destroyed, thus display system failure to work.
