In traditional Chinese culture, Phoenix is a symbol of wisdom, vitality, sweet love, peace and prosperity.
The stout bottle shape reflects strong and steady men; patterns of circling phoenixes on the work reflect the women's elegance and softness; the top has fretted modeling lamp arm holding five lights, symbolizing wealth and good fortune. The whole work inherits creativity of "Man is an integral part of the nature" in ancient China.
PRODUCTION PROCESS
The production of the work needs through 15pcs of copper body welding by handmade, over 30000 times of filigreeing and glazing, over 200 times of welding and polishing, over 20 rounds of gilding and tracing a design in gold, in total the whole artwork should be through body-making, filigreeing, coloring, enameling, polishing, gilding, etc more than 100 procedures, and fully by handmade, all of these completely show the large artistic attainments of Master Zhang Xiangdong and the luxurious of the royal cloisonné.
Remark:
All our lamps are designed by the top master of Chinese arts&crafts called Mr Zhang Xiangdong, and fully by handmade through over 100 procedures, the lamps have great value for collection and investment as well. We're not only lamps, but also royal arts which dated from 700 years ago in royal palace of Ming and Qing Dynasty.
Our lamps can be used in royal palace, noble family home, luxury hotel&clubs, etc. The cloisonne is the traditional culture only in Beijing, China, and it was entitled as intangible cultural heritage in 2006. Our lamps are unique design in the world, and they could show the identity and taste of the owner.
Please be noted we also accept customized lights by clients' requirements about the size, the quantity of lighting heads, the floors, etc, the prices will be according to the requirements. The production time for the customized lights are 3-6 months.
