Q:What is the warranty time?
A:2~5 years warranty is offered depending on different types of lights. If item fails due to quality problem during warranty time, we will send new replacement with freight on ours immediately if urgently. Or we prefer to send replacement with next order.
Q:What is the payment term ?
A:For sample order, we can accept T/T, Paypal, West Union, 100% in advance. For bulk order, 30% deposit in advance by T/T, 70% balance before shipping. For very big order, L/C is negotiable.
Q:Can you offer free samples ?
A:Small quantitiy of samples are free of charge, customer shoulder the freight cost.
Q:Can I add my logo on the product label ?
A:Yes, when your order quantity up to our MOQ .

A: Generally speaking,for sample order,it is 3~4 working days.
For mass production,it is about 5~15 working days.
