The correct way of saying: is the premise of normal use of tubes, the tubes caused by non-artificial factors black light, no light, flashing flaws, such as and the use of the products are still in the warranty period, this product can enjoy the rights of the warranty.Such as repair, components, or returned to the factory to change product.
But because of improper operation, the voltage is too high, or bracket wiring etc itself, cause a short-circuit, flashing, can not work normally, and so on and so forth, the factory will not be with the warranty. |
| Trade Terms | 1.Payment: T/T 30% deposit, and 70% before shipping. Pay-pal/Western Union/Moneygram are acceptable!
2.Production lead time 500~1000pcs: 3-5days; 1000~5000pcs: 5-7days; above 5000pcs: 7-10days.

Installation
| 1. Power off before installation.
2. This product protection standard is IP20, indoor only, not for outdoor and cfl emergency lighting system.
3. Must be installed by licensed electrician, must follow the relative power supply instruction (110-240V50Hz /60Hz) install this Led tube.
4. For the safety, don't change the Led tube structure.
5. Led tube design comply IEC standard, use G13 socket.
6. Study the menu before install; strictly follow the menu instruction (ref. to attached photo). |
