2.We keep warranty for 3 years for all our LED products by using original USA Cree LED chip and certified LED driver. And our warranty of other products is 2 years, which all the electrical parts are VDE or UL approved and the electrical construction passed relative safety test for the counter countries.

A:1. Payment term:T/T 30% deposit after order confirmed, 70% balance paid against bill of lading . or L/C , or Western Union for small amount .
2. Lead time : normally in 30 days after deposit received.
3. Sample policy : Samples are always available for each model . Samples can be ready in 20-25 days once payment received .

Yes, we may consider discounts for multiple container load of mixed goods or bulk orders of individual products.

This depends on the size and complexity of the order. Please let us know the quantity and codes of the items so that we can advise a production schedule.
4. Do you provide samples?

Yes, we can supply samples of most items. If you require the samples to be sent by DHL, Blue Dart, FedEx, etc., please suggest your detail address so that I can inquire for the freight for you. Our sample charge 150% of the quotation. We will turn the 50% back to you when you give me the order. It normally takes 1~2 weeks to prepare the sample(if 1 item).
5. Do you have products in stock?

6. How much will the shipping charges be?

For the overseas orders, we guarantee most accessories. However, lamp items must not be returned since the shipping cost is high. Provided emails with details including pictures, we will send replacements at our cost to repair the lamps or compensate new ones in some coming orders. In some special cases we may turn to a discount as a solution.
