1. Are you factory, where are you located?
ZH : Yes, we are one of the top LED light Manufacturers in China and we have two factories, supply LED lighting and energy saving bulb for more than 10 years. Our factory is in Ningbo.
2. Can you do our brand? Can you show my logo and information on the product or box?
ZH: Sure, of course we can.
3. If there is some lights that don't work when I received the goods?
ZH: Don't worry. Any product during warranty years has problem, could return you good one on your next order.
4. How many years of warranty, any certificates you have?
ZH : All our products have 2 years warranty, CE & RoHS, we have got it.
5. How long is sample time and delivery date?
ZH : 3-6 working days for samples, 20-30 days for bulk orer.
Trade terms
Payment: T/T , 30% deposits before production, 70% balance against the BL copy.
Production lead time :30days upon deposit.
Sample can be delivered for free.
Shipping freight are quoted under your requests.
