LED Strip Light

1. Chip Brand
We mostly use SANAN LED chips. Part of our products use Epistar and Cree LED chips.
2. Level of quality

we only use 99.9% 1.0μ gold wire, Dowcorning glue and Intematix phosphor powder in our LEDs to make sure the quality is reliable and stable all the time.
We have very stable relationship with our SMD LED supplier.
3.Thickness and quantity of copper layer of strip.
Normally, we use 2.2~2.5 Oz copper. For some super-thin, such as 5mm width FPC, we use 4.2 Oz copper.
Most LED strip in the market probably use 1~2 Oz copper.
We have only 2 PCB suppliers, and we cooperate for quite a long time with nearly no customer complains.
4. Voltage down for 5m strip;
The voltage down for 5m strip is less than 0.2V for our LED strip. Take 60LEDs 5050 per meter LED strip for example, the voltage down is 0.18V for our LED strip.
Moreover, we produce constant-current LED strip for our high-end customers. Take 60LEDs 5050 per meter LED strip for example, the voltage down is 0 for at least 15 meters.
5.Warranty time.
We offer 3 years warranty for IP20 non-waterproof LED strip, and 2 years for IP65, IP66 and IP68 waterproof LED strips.
6.What do you use epoxy or silicon for waterproof type?
For IP65 waterproof, we mostly use PU glue. Silicon glue is also available.
For IP66 we use silicon tube outside.
For IP68 we use silicon tube and puring silicon glue inside.
