FAQ
Q1: Do you have OEM service or logo service?
Yes, we offer free OEM service, but there is a quantity required. The quantity depends on the products. For the logo service, we can offer it free.
Q2: What is the warranty for the lights?
For LED Driving lights, we do offer serious 18months warranty. If there are any problems on lights within this period, pls take a photo or video to prove the lights are broken and show the date mark. We will send you the new replacement in next order if the lights are in warranty time. You do not need to send the lights back for warranty.
Q3: What kind of package can you provide?
There are three packages for the lights. First, each set will be packed with blister. Second, there is inner packing, one box for each set. Third, the lights will be packed in one carton box.
Q4: How about the waterproof in your lights?
Our lights need to pass the waterproof and aging test before being shipped out. They have passed IP67, can be at good working state in rainy day. The detective rate is 0.5%.
Q5: How much will the shipping cost be?
Except the shipping way, the shipping cost is also according to the weight and size, will depends on the most. For the shipping way, we will choose the most economic and fast way for you. We also can make the delivery according to your requirement.
Q6: How Long is the delivery date?
The lights can be shipped out in 1-3 working days if lights is in stock. If out of stock, normally it will take 3-5 working days. If for bulk order, then will need 7-25 working days.
