Are you a factory?

We are factory with our own 12,000 square meter production and office area, 8 assembly lines and a design team with 6 people was equipped in factory. The regular employees are more than three hundred people in peak period. The professional and beautiful showroom is located in Ancient Town, the capital of lighting inChina.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We can deliver to all countries in the world.
What is your minimum order?
For personal buyers, minimum order is 1,000 USD regardless of quantity; for wholesalers, minimum order quantity is 30 pieces for pendent, ceiling mounted and floor lamp, 50 pieces for wall and table lamp.
Can I customize my modern lamps?
We can customize almost all our products according to your requirement. We can change the size, finish, number of lights. Besides, we can also make pendent lamp as per your design as long as you provide us a clear picture and specifications.
How can I order your products?
1) You send us the purchase order (model number, quantity, shipping address).
2) We make a pro forma invoice for the order.
3) You pay 30% deposit or full amount and send us the payment copy.
4) We start production after receiving the payment.
5) We inform you when the order is about to be finished and show you some product photos.
6) The container is transported to dock and wait there for shipping.
7) You pay all balance and send us the payment copy after receiving our B/L copy.
Which payment method do you accept?
We only accept T/T (telegraphic transfer) and western union. 30% deposit is required before production. The 70% balance needs to be paid before shipment. But for order below 2,000USD, we prefer you to pay in full before production to avoid twice handling charges of both sides.
Do you have lamps in stock? If not, what is your lead time?
No item is stocked on our factory. We start production only after an order is placed. Usually lead time is 30-45 days, but it may be shorter or longer, depending on the style, quantity and whether we are in busy period.
How much is the shipping cost for the products?
Shipping cost depends on the weight, packing size, shipping address and shipping method. Usually we will suggest the cheapest and more convenient shipping method for you.
What is your warranty?
We give 2 years warranty for our products.
1). LED chips or drivers damaged within 2 years, we will offer equivalent replacements for your loss without charge.
2). If lamps parts are damaged, we will provide replacements equal to 2of total value in one year for free. Extra loss should be charged normally.
Do your chandeliers have CE certificate?
CE, ISO9001, CCC are available.

Which LED and drivers you use?
We usually use Epistar LED chips for our main products. Meanwhile we also adopt chips appointed by our customers. As for drivers, we only use famous brands products which absolutely were certificated by CE, TUV.
What's the working voltage?
Our routine voltage is AC220-240V,can also do wide voltage like 175-265V,110-240V.You kindly tell us which voltage you need ,then we will try to meet your requirement.
