Warranty
Comcreating offers two years warranty. Repairing and replacement during the guaranteed period will be free, but you should bear the freight cost from your place to our factory. However, we can not guarantee on a workshop for replacement, compensation for damage, and repairing charge taking place within the following situations:
1. Accident due to careless handling and misusage.
2. Accident due to repair or improvement without permission of Shenzhen Comcreating Co., Ltd.
3. Accident due to force majeure/nature disaster (fire, flood) and war.
Maintenance
Comcreating provides 1% spare parts freely, including LED module, power supply, fan, receiving card, LED lamps and other related parts. You can replace the broken one with the spare parts when problem happens, which will take about 5 minutes, and then send the broken ones back to our factory for fixing freely before you don't have enough spare parts for next maintenance. Additional charges will be required if you want more spare parts. We offer lifetime maintenance and charge only for the raw materials after the guarantee period.
Training
We offer training for free. Customer can send your engineer who has electronic and computer knowledge to our factory for the operation and maintenance training. We also provide the operation manual, software, and so on. Any associated drawing of product and structure and some other professional suggestion will be provided too.
Installation
User's manual, instruction video, professional CAD installation drawing, and other needed engineering drawings will be provided. We only offer the drawings, and you can show the drawing to your local steel structure factory, and they will weld it for you at site. On one hand, it's not cost-effective for you to ship the steel structure from China. On the other hand, we are impossible to offer you exact steel structure without welding at site.
Engineering training or installation assistance support at customer's place is available, but a round-trip ticket, local accommodation of technician, staff labor cost(USD80/day if exceeding one week), cost of visa, and other expenses during the whole trip should be borne by the customer.

HOW TO SELECT
Selecting an LED Display should be driven by the business or organizational objectives you hope to meet by purchasing an LED Display System. Every LED display application is different, so it is important to choose the right LED display.
OUTDOOR OR INDOOR
LED Displays are specifically designed for indoor or outdoor use. There are two main factors that differentiate the two. First is weather durability. Outdoor displays are designed to function properly in extreme weather conditions while indoor displays are not built to the same environmental standards. The second consideration is display intensity. LEDs used for indoor applications are not bright enough to compete with outdoor ambient light conditions. Outdoor LED Displays are designed specially to be bright enough for outdoor environment.
LOCATION OF MOUNTING OF LED DISPLAY
The exact placement of an LED Display in reference to the viewing audience is an important factor in determining the right product for an application. There are two points to consider when choosing a LED Display based on where it will be installed. First, the placement of the LED display will affect the minimum and maximum viewing distance. Secondly, the angle at which the LED Display can be effectively viewed must be considered, this is referred to as the viewing angle. Often, different Led Displays have different viewing angles. It must be ensured that the intended viewing audience is within the viewing cone of the display.

VIEWING DISTANCE
Viewing distance is one of the most important factors needed to determine the correct size of the LED Display. As a general rule: 1 inch of text is viewable up to 50 feet away 1 or 25mm of text is viewable up to 15m away . However, if the target audience is moving, then another factor, TIME, is required. Based on our experience and research, an average of at least three to four seconds is required for a moving audience to adequately recognize and comprehend six to eight grouping of content on an electronic sign. For example, an audience will have three seconds or less to view LED Display signs with four inches of text. If the LED Display signs have too much content, then the reader will not have sufficient time to comprehend the entire content.
