A: Our light have passed QC quality test,2years warranty,50,000Hours working span.Each finished product will go through at least 24 hours aging test before shipping
Q. How to deal with when the goods have problem within 2years ?
A: if the goods have some problem then we will assist you to solve it, we should check the problem first, then send the materis or send new goods to you.
Q. Which payment do you accept ?
A: T/T by HSBC,west union,paypal,L/C, 30% deposit first,70%Then we start production, nearly finished with 2 days, 70% balance will be paid before shipping.
Q. How about the delivery time ?
A: Sample order within 3working days,3-7 working days for normal order, 10-30 working days for mass order.
Q : How much does it cost to ship to my country?
A : The freight will be given by the freight company based on your Gross Weight and CBM.
A. All goods will be guaranteed for 3 years after shipment for normal use only (8hours per day is better).
B. Improper use (wrong voltage, wrong power supply, wrong dimmer etc) will not be guaranteed.
C. For quality problem, we will send free replacements for bulbs or other spare parts as requested together
with next order.
D. For damaged goods, you need to inform us within three days after receiving the goods. We will send you eplacement spare parts (bulbs) or help to claim from the forwarder.
