GEM SERIES has 6 brothers and sisters, GEM 3/6/18, GEM Z3/Z6/Z18, "3/6/18" indicates the number of LEDs, GEM3/6/18 create flower/vortex effect due to rotating front lens without limitation, but lack of zoom function, GEM Z3/Z6/Z18, "Z" indicates zoom function, but the front lense can not rotate. GEM18/Z18 has individual control of 6 sections LED.

2. Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, China, about 25 minutes away from Baiyun Airport. All our clients, from home or overseas, are warmly welcome to visit us!
3. Q: How to get the price list?
A: Pls send down email or call us, skype to us with items names which you like together with your details(name, details address, telephone, etc), we will send to you asap.
4. Q: Do you have any certificates?
A: Yes, we can offer the CE/ROHS certificates as per your requirements.
5. Q: What's the shipping method and deliery time?
A: Our products could be shipped by Sea, by Air(Airport to Airport) or by Air Express(DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT). Which methods to be used is based on the weight and size of the package and with consideration of customer's requirements. By sea: 20-40 days; By air: 5-10 days ; By express: 3-6 days.
6. Q: Can I use my own forwarder to transport the products for me?
A: Yes, if you have your own forwarder in Guangzhou or all over China, we can ship the goods to your forwarder and let your forwarder ship the products for you. And then you will no need to pay the freight to us.
7. Q: What's the Payment method?
A: We can accept T/T, Western Union, PayPal or visit factory in cash as payment methods, 30% deposit before production for amount over US$5000, the balance before delivery. When PayPal is made, below US$3000 order only and 4% handling fee will be added.
8. Q: How to place an order?
A: Please kindly let us know what you're looking for by email or phonecall, we will confirm our Proforma Invoice(PI) with total price. We wish to know the below: Delivery information-company name, detailed address, phone, destination, transportation way ; Product information: Item number, quantity, package(carton or flight case), logo, etc.

A: Quality is priority. Colorful Light always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end. We will test the lights on our 360 degrees rotation machine in every position will our products be used for 8-24 hours.
