Q:What's your warranty?
A: 2 years warranty for Sanan/Epileds chip and 3 years for Epistar and Bridgelux chip.
Q: How to arrange delivery?
A: If you have forwarder in China, we can send you the goods by your forwarder.
If you have no forwarder in China, we arrange the delivery directly from factory by international express,by air and by sea,it's up to you.
Q: Can we get samples to test first before we buy it in bulk?
A:Samples are always availble for each model and can be sent out in 4-7 working days after receiving payment.
Q: Can we get support if we have our own market position?
A: Please inform us your detailed mind on your market demand,we will discuss and propose helpful suggestion for you until finding the best solution for you.
Q: How do you control the quality?
A:All the lights must be tested after keeping lighting for 24h.Each light must pass QC procedures before shipping to customer.
