Sample order is OK. If it's a promotion price. We will indicated the MOQ for each item in our price list.

How long will it take to execute my order?

It is depends on which country and which shipping way you choose; By Express or by air in 3-7working days. If it is ship by sea, the shipping time will be longer, it is about more or less than one month.

Yes, 1 year warranty and we extend a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all items,  We will provide free parts for replacement if any problem belong to us during the period(Delivery cost paid by customer);1 year later, we can provide spare parts for replacement based on certain charge. How can I know how my order is being done?

We will inspect and test all merchandise in case of damage and missing parts before shipping. The detailed  inspection pictured of the order will be sent to you for your confirmation before delivery. The color of  products on pictures may very slighting from actual one due to photography,scanning, etc.
