1.To bond a copper layer into the aluminum heat sink with ultrasonic technology,the copper layer will never effected by electrochemical corrosion and thermal stress from different material. Thermal conductivity of this copper layer can reach 317(W/m.k),which is 40 times as silicone grease, bonding strength is more than 1200KG/cm2. We solder the COB on the copper layer by tin creatively, the thermal conductivity increased by more than 40 times and never decay. Combined with aluminum heat dissipation structure, the heat is dissipated steadily and reliably.
2.Ultra-low chip temperature (junction temperature), so the luminous decay is less than 2% in 10,000hours, and the lifetime is more than 40,000hours.
3.Working temperature-30ºC~ +45ºC;
4.With E27/E40 base, it can replace high-power CFL directly, more convenient and easier to install and maintain than traditional LED high bay lamp, save a lot of labor fee;
