Electrical and thermal design of the LED system or fixture determine how long LEDs will last and howmuch light they will provide. Driving the LED at higher than rated current will increase relative light outputbut decrease useful life. Operating the LED at higher than design temperature will also decrease useful lifesignificantly.

The tube are single-ended (mains voltage conntected to one side of the tube).
b). The extremely long life span of Elover LED tubes (up to over 50,000 hours) is in part due to advanced cooling technology that channels heat away from the LEDs. The rotating end caps can be locked into numerous positions, and as the LED tubes are directional as opposed to fluorescent tubes, light will be directed exactly where it is needed.

6.Important
a). E-Lover warranties against manufacturers defects for all of our LED Products.
b). Please note this warranty only covers the initial purchaser.
7.E-Lover LED Lights Warranty
a). Warranty time: 2 or 3 years(based on the contract). The warranty period begins on delivery date
b). In the rare case that your lights arrive and do not work, the only course of action is replacement with new products or new Accessories AT MANUFACTURERS DECISION.
c).In order to honor the warranty, the following must be followed:
> If your lights received with a defect, E-Lover will take care of the shipping fees and send you new free products orAccessories.
> If your lights are in need of repairs, the initial purchaser must contact E-Lover and will receive a application Form, The final decision to honor the warranty is taken by E-Lover after a technical inspection after the owner submit Application Form.
> E-Lover will pay the shipping cost if defective products need to be returned.
8.Validity
The warranty is valid only when:
a). The product is purchased from E-Lover company or E-Lover's authorized dealers or outlets.
b). The Product is not repair or service by any other parties except those appointed by E-Lover.
c). The damages are not as result of an accident, abuse, alteration, non authorized usage, a major force, or use of other electricity than that indicated on the lights.
d). The model and serial label should not be defaced or removed from the Products.
9.Exclusion
The warranty is not applicable to:
a). Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, tampering or failure of the customer to follow normal operating procedures outlined in the user manual.
b). Damage or loss caused by modification, alteration, repair by any unauthorized party.
c). Damage or loss caused by another device that is connected to the Products.
d). Damage or loss caused byActs of God or any other sources beyond E-Lover's control.
e). Normal wear and tear.
f). General Maintenance and servicing.
