Devoted in LED lighting luminaries, Huacai (Shenzhen) Opto-electronics Co., Ltd is one of the national high-tech enterprises which bases on LED encapsulation as well as integrated of R&D, production, marketing and brand operation.
It's founded in 2007, with a marketing center in Kexing Science Park, Nanshan district, Shenzhen city, and a Manufacturing Center in Baoan district, Shenzhen city. It also owns an industrial park in Yangzhou city, Jiangsu province.
With the local advantages of industrial technologies, logistics, design, industrial interaction and territory convenience in Pearl River Delta plus Yangtze River Delta, we established agents and branches in Russia, Italy, Taiwan, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and other Asia-Pacific areas, offering high quality products and service with Huacai characteristics.
There are about 500 staff whom constructed by integrated and stabilized R&D team, QA system, manufacturing teams with multiple SMD & SMT production equipments and inspection laboratory (with 18 full-automatic SMD LED encapsulation assembly lines, 10 full-automatic SMT assembly lines, and testing equipments such as integrating sphere and light-distribution photometer) etc. Last but the most important, powerful marketing teams are following the service concept of "What you need is exactly our pursuit". Huacai (Yangzhou) Opto-electronics Co., Ltd, with rich experience of over four years in lighting R&D and occupying a modernized plant area of almost five thousand square meters, is a professional manufacturer based on LED lighting source and specializing in LED lighting application. Our company incorporates four brand in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Jiangsu around Mainland China. Located quite near from Bao'an Airport, our company enjoys the superior geographical and convenient transportation. There is six modern atomized production line LED SMD encapsulation line, six high-speed SMD encapsulate machine, two eight bins Reflow Machine, fully atomized Epoxy machine, Generator, over eighty large equipments, seventy percent of which are imported form Japan. The chips we used are mainly imported form Taiwan, International brands like CREE, OSRAM, NICHIA, EDISON are also available for high-end users.
