100% of the products will be tested and keep lighting for 24 hours to test its quality reliability, and we will also test its temperature after 24 hours' lighting.
Then after it is cool we again test 100% of the product to see if it still work well. Each product should pass all these QC procedures before shipping to customer .

Delivery Detail
1). All the products are safely packed for air transport, ocean shipping and express. The LED products are packed in inner box with paper card or shockproof sponge, then put them into outer carton.
2). Different quantity of products are packed in one outer carton, as 10 or 20 pieces, according to the product size or customers' requirements.
