Digital dynamic LED light box is LED backlight light box with banner poster, but can present dynamic and flash display, which is a highly advantageous performance compared with normal static LED light box.
This novel performance is based on our patent technology of "Digital independent current constant driving". A Single Chip Microcomputer (SCM) is applied to control each LED working independently, which makes each LED can switch freely from on-state and off-state. By programming the lighting time of all LEDs, the panel provides dynamic display. Applying this technique to control each LED behind the flex banner picture, then dynamic banner display is realized.
This novel display panel has advantages as below.
- Highly energy saving
Because no current limiting resistance is used, it is about 30% energy saving more than normal LED backlights display.
- High reliability
The working current of each LED module is modified to be precisely matching its electrical parameters, which makes the system highly stable. Further more, metal substrate is used as reflector, which is also highly effective for heat removing. The life time of this system is double as conventional SMD LED backlights display.
- Low cost for large size display
Large area panel is available by conveniently connecting modules of various sizes. The product has been certified by CE, European Energy Efficiency (A++) and Chinese Standard GB7000.
