1. The order will usually be shipped out within 3-5 working days after payment cleared, working days are not including weekends and national holidays.2. Since this is an international delivery, the shipping time will be highly depended on the Courier Company, local customs/duties and weather condition. Warranty: Each item is strictly tested before shipment.
Items are warranted free from defects for 10 months from the date of supply.
If the items supplied to you are damaged or partly faulty, you should notify us within 7 days since the date you received the package. And then follow below 2 steps:Step #1
You must show us clear pictures or video of the items with our original package, which can prove this exact item is damaged or partly faulty without human damage.Step #2
You want money back, or want a new free replacement, you have two options:
Option #1
Buyer send the damage parts back to us, and buyer also pays the return fee. We will send replacement items after we receive the package.
Option #2
If you don't want to send us the package back, you must double check out which parts of the item is faulty, and then you are supposed to break this faulty part, for example cut the wire, or ruin this part, so this part can no more used, and then take some pictures of the broken parts, and show us the clear pictures with our original package.
If you find the items damaged after 7 days, or your incorrect installation or usage cause the item faulty, we only accept to repair the items, then buyer should send the item back to us, and pay the return shipping fee. We will send you a replacement after receiving the package. Well, if you don't want to wait so many days to get a replacement, you can buy a new replacement from us and we might give you a bit discount.
