Installation information of T8 LED tube :

Step 1: Take out the old CFL tube, remove the starter;
Step 2: Open the fiture cover, remove the ballast;
Step 3: Connect the cords,cut the useless wires;
Step 4: Put back the fixture.



LED Tube light 12 hours Aging Testing :
 
  All product must have 12hours more aging test, inspection department will test 100% product for light up test, power wattage test and so on.

Answer : 3~5 years warranty is offered depending on different types of lights. If item fails due to quality problem during warranty, we can send new replacement with freight on ours immediately if urgently. Or we prefer to send replacement with next order.

Answer : For sample order, we can accept T/T, Paypal, West Union, 100% in advance. For bulk order, 30% deposit in advance by T/T, 70% balance before shipping. For very big order, L/C is negotiable
