In the quality warranty service time, if the remote technical assistance and parts still couldn't deal with the matter of the products, the buyer have the right to send back the products to the factory to re-new. We will send the re-new ones to the buyer in 7 days. The cost of freight from buyer to the factory will be full paid by buyer. The seller will pay one-quarter of the cost for the freight from factory to buyer. The last three quarter should be paid by buyer; |
