Attentions when operating:
1.Effective power for switch power is only 85% of power's label,so LED product's load power shoul be at least more than 15% when user
choose feeding power.
2. Make sure the right and stable anode and cathode when installing cables,and also attention to the driving voltage in case to damage
components and fire accident when circuit pass through voltage.
3.Forbidden to connect cables when power on,putting power in cool place,so that it ensures appropriate working temperature.
4.Make sure strip's grade of waterproof.To install suitable conditions in accordance with practical IP.
5.This product is allowed to connect only 10PCS(0.5M/PCS)in seires wound. 2V differential voltage for the beginning and the end.
6.This user manual is only applicable for our product.
7.If it is Crystal Glue,please don't crook 30 degree,otherwise,it easly happens glue cracking.

Q: How to get a sample?
A: ANSWER:For old customers, we can provide sample free and customer only need pay express freight. For new customers, we
will charge 50% higher then the unit price as sample fee and customers need to pay express freight also.
Q: How to pay express charges if order samples?
A: ANSWER:For those customer, who has DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS account, can give us your account and we will send the
samples by freight collected. For those customers, who do not have an express account, we will calculate the express freight
charge for you and you can pay the freight charge directly to our company account. Then we will delivery the samples by prepaid.
Q: How to pay sample charges?
A: ANSWER:You can pay to our company account. When we received the sample fee, we will arrange to make the samples
for you. The prepare time for sampe will be 2-7days .
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: ANSWER:Usually, we accept T/T, irrevocable L/C at sight. For regularorders, we prefer 30% of total amount as down
payment and the balance paid before delivery.
