100% of the bulbs will be tested and keep lighting for 24 hours to test its quality reliability, and we will also test its temperature after 24 hours'lighting. Then after it is cool we again test 100% of the lamps to see if it still work well. Each lamp should pass all these QC procedures before shipping to customer .

Delivery Detail:
1. All the products are safely packed for air transport, ocean shipping and express. The LED products are packed in inner box with paper card or shockproof sponge, then put them into outer carton.
2. Different quantity of products are packed in one outer carton, as 10 or 20 pieces, according to the product size or customers' requirements.

1. Don't install it around a humid environment or place which has water drops.
2. Don't drop, scratch or squeeze the bulb.
3. Don't take apart the product or replace mechanical and electronic components.
4. Needs to be taken that the light fixture with the bulb is a safe distance from paper,fabric or other Substances inflammables .
5. Tighten the bulb base into socket in case to prevent falling out.
6. Don't touch the bulb body with fingers after it works for some time as the body temperature is 7.quite warm.
7. Do not stare at the strong light for a long time as it may cause injury to eyes.
