Usage manual:
The 1st step: To fix the LED Bulb and turn on it.
The 2nd step: To turn off the LED Bulb and after 10 seconds
The 3rd step: To turn on the LED Bulb again , Within the 3 seconds and continually press the No "1" button until the LED Bulb to flash 3 times. Then, you can use the remote control to operate the LED Bulb.
