1. Energy saving light Tube:
1) U-type: 2U 3U 4U 5U 6U 7U 8U 9U 10U
2) Full spiral: 2.5T, 3T, 4T, 'T' refers to the number of spiral circle
3) Half spiral: 2.5T, 3T, 4T, 'T' refers to the number of spiral circle
The Phosphor inside energy saving tube can be divided into three types:
1) Halogen powder, the lifetime of Halogen powder is 3000 - 4000 hours.
2) mixed powder (halogen powder mix with tri-phosphor), the lifetime of mixed powder is 4000 - 6000 hours
3) tri-phosphor/tricolor, lifetime of tri-phosphor/ tricolor is more than 8000 hours, the primary features of tri-phosphor is longlife time and high luminous.
2. Energy saving light Plastic parts:
Divided according to material: PP, PC, PBT
PP material is very soft, to be used in low quality lamps.
PC material is optical surface.
PBT materials belongs to high-grade materials, flame-retardant/anti-fire, surface glossy, to be used in high quality lamp.
