Q 1: Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q 2: What is the lead time?
A: Samples need 3-5 working days, mass products need 7-10 days.
Q 3: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. Air and sea ship is acceptable. It usually need 3-4 days to arrive except sea ship.
Q 4: How to precede the order if I have logo to print?
A: Firstly, we will prepare artwork for visual confirmation, and next we will produce a real sample for your second confirmation. If mockup is ok, finally we will go to mass production.
Q 5: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 3 years warranty to all of our products.
Q 6: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, our defective rate is less than 0.2%, so there is no big problem with the lights.
Secondly, we usually offer 3 years warranty (some of the high bay model offer 5 years warranty) for our lights.
Thirdly, during the guarantee period, we will resend the new lights with new order for small quantity. If there are many lights don't work, we will repaire them and resend them to you.
In addition, after the 3 years warranty, we can help you to maintain the lights and collect some material costs.
